They had a little contest to find a hidden elf within the store. It was a fun little game. I even won a healthy snack as a prize. What I came for was the sushi that they prepare onsite. It was great. “ I am changing my review, because I spoke with the regional district manager...I feel stupid because I forgot his name, sorry. I discussed the reasoning behind my disappointment. He checked into it and we talked again, this time with Jennifer, bakery manager. They took my review seriously and dealt with it professionally. Jennifer is even gonna check out the other store to see what I was talking about. Thats very professional. Its not a fault thing. I just feel continuity of product is a big deal. They agreed. Thanks guys for reaching out and taking my review seriously. I now give 5 stars for their professionalism. Below was my old review. I left it for reviewers to see the difference. I originally gave two stars. Thanks again Stater Brothers!!! I bought a cheddar cheesejalapeno roll. It only had 3 small jalapenos on it. Some only had 2 jalapeno slices. Saving money cant be the issue because the stater brothers on Main and G have lots of jalapenos. It is, after all, called Jalapenocheddar rolls. Not the way to save money by being stingy with a main ingredient. If the other stater brothers, on G Main, can do it so should you. Continuity is the key word here. Please stop being so stingy. ALL THE ROLLS were extra light on the jalapenos. Or dont call it a Jalapeno cheddar roll. Seriously shameful. I took a picture of one from G, loaded with jalapenos and a picture of this Main Maple store. Sad, sad, sad folks. I WILL be checking. Maybe corporate needs to weigh in. The one with a lot of jalapenos is from G Main. The one with 3 tiny slices???? Main Maple. Very significant difference. I know you guys dont really care, but we consumers do. Thanks ”
